We accept all major credit cards and cash payments for rentals. Please note that a credit card is required for all rentals as a security deposit.

Yes, we offer various discounts and promotions throughout the year. Follow us on social media or sign up for our email newsletter to stay updated on our current promotions and special offers.

We offer for you to come pick up the boxes during business hours or, you can choose to have us deliver & pickup within a 15 mile radius for $75 each way to cover our time, vehicle and fuel.

You will be required to replace the box at the current contract rate.

We will provide you with tags that you can write on so our bins look nice for the next move. We ask that you please do not place labels on the bins.

Nope! The beauty of these bins is that you just interlock the lids closed and they're ready to roll. Saves so much time and tape to get you to your new place quicker.

Life changes, we get it!  Please give us a minimum of 12 hours notice and you'll only be charged $25.  If you cancel and the bins have already been dropped you will be charged a $50 stocking fee plus delivery and pick up charges.

For sure! Our team checks the bins to make sure they are clean and ready for you to use.

The best way is to make sure you line the bin with a plastic bag and then place the items in the bag and tie the top.  If they are fragile (like glass), make sure the top is tight, wrap in bubble wrap, and then place inside a bag in the bin.  If something breaks, then you will be able avoid a giant mess!
